Construction Nearby: Please be aware that there is ongoing construction on the same street as our property. This construction has been ongoing for the past 6 months and occurs on weekdays during daytime hours (9 AM to 4 PM). While the construction is visible from the street in front of the hotel, it is not disruptive and cannot be heard from the apartment or its balcony.
Concierge Services: Our dedicated concierge is available on-site to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. They can assist with a wide range of services, including arranging private chefs, housekeeping, grocery provisioning, yacht charters, exclusive tours, event tickets, dining reservations, and accommodating special requests.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee will be applied every 6 days during your stay to maintain the high standards of our property.
