The space

This is a modern multi level completed in 2021, 5 story beach house with a glass elevator. The home features an abundance of natural light and windows facing the ocean. It is a three bedroom, three and half bath that is spacious for all to enjoy. All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and black out shades. The interior of the home makes it a great space to host a dinner and stay in or enjoy the nearby casinos, shopping, beaches and attractions.

Parking: Free Parking for two cars in the garage attached to the unit. There is also a secure parking garage across the street.

When you first get to the house, you will head up the stairs or elevators to the 2nd floor. This will bring you to the living room, kitchen and dinning room areas. Walk to the balcony and you will be greeted with an amazing intracoastal view. This home is a "smart home" equipped with fast wifi, top of the line kitchen, indoor/outdoor living all while being close to all the hot spots in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the beaches.

Full home will be at guest disposal, except owner's closet. We are near by and ready to assist if there are any questions.

NOTE: For guest and property protection, video surveillance is present at the front door and garage entrances. No surveillance is located inside the home. All guests must be registered with host. Maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Unregistered guests are not allowed at the premises due to liability purposes.
